They are seeking a Field Service Technician I who will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of Hach devices at customer sites.

Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work
Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems
Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure
Follows safe work practices according to company policy
Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including but not limited to drinking water & wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, food & beverage processing facilities, etc. Some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2)
Executes administrative activities in support of service visits
50-75% travel within a 2-hour radius of Loveland, CO. You can expect to have up to on average 1-3 nights away each week with company-paid accommodations and meals
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma required
Basic mechanical aptitude - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair
You have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required
Preferred
Associates/Technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred
Benefits
Training period: comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.
3 days off per week! After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.
