Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support financial ERP systems, ensuring releases and integrations are up to date
Collaborate closely with the accounting and finance teams to align system functionality with business needs
Perform financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and process improvements
Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot system issues as needed
Coordinate with Salesforce contacts (specific to Sage Intacct) to support related integrations and updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of strong accounting and financial analysis experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with financial ERPs or accounting systems; any ERP experience is acceptable
General understanding of Salesforce nonprofit environments, including MPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Events, Service, and Marketing modules
Familiarity with API integrations and Subledger/Kays Management concepts
Preferred
Accounting degree highly preferred
Case management experience not required
