Oversee the creation of process documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and FMEA
Drive global process alignment and equipment standardization initiatives
Engage cross-functional teams to support process innovations and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science; Master's preferred
5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Expertise in thin-film deposition processes and thermal annealing in high-volume settings
Proficient in materials characterization and optical metrology tools
Skilled in data analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and statistical tools like JMP or Minitab
