Brand Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, associations, and publications
Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Identify, vet, and onboard new creators who align with brand voice and campaign objectives
Support and project-manage brand awareness campaigns in partnership with industry associations and publications
Track and report on community sentiment, creator performance, and awareness initiatives to guide strategy

Required

Experience in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, associations, and publications
Ability to manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Skills to identify, vet, and onboard new creators who align with brand voice and campaign objectives
Experience in supporting and project-managing brand awareness campaigns in partnership with industry associations and publications
Ability to track and report on community sentiment, creator performance, and awareness initiatives to guide strategy
Demonstrated growth in authentic social engagement and timely, brand-aligned interactions
A strong network of creators and advocates who consistently elevate brand presence
Skilled use of social tools (e.g., Sprout) to monitor conversations and produce actionable insights
Ability to create clear, compelling social copy that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with global audiences
Effective collaboration with internal teams to connect community insights to broader marketing and communication strategies
