Lead and manage legal workstreams for bridge and construction loan transactions from term sheet through closing

Draft, negotiate, and review loan documents, construction agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related deal materials

Coordinate with external counsel, counterparties, title companies, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely closings

Advise executive leadership on legal structure, risk mitigation, and transaction strategy

Develop standardized processes, templates, and internal best practices for real estate financing documentation

Support corporate governance and entity structuring as needed
