Gutter Sales Representative / Outside Sales

Ability to build strong relationships
Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 18 years of age
If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required
3- 5 years of successful outside sales experience
Ability to build strong relationships
Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements
Entrepreneurial and motivated to win
Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging
Flexibility to cover a territory with a 250-mile radius and overnight requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or less
Requires the safe usage of ladders
Work is performed at installation sites or warehouses - may require climbing, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crawling, bending, lifting, driving a car or truck and sitting and standing for long periods of time
Preferred
General Contractor and Building industry knowledge
Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science
Comprehension of construction drawings
