Service Delivery Manager
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC) to ensure high-quality operations of its HPC environment. This role involves coordinating delivery of compute and data services, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning and vendor management.

Ensure high-quality, reliable operations of its state-of-the-art HPC environment
Coordinate delivery of compute and data services to a diverse user base
Work in close partnership with facilitation and science support staff from Massachusetts AI Hub organizations
Liaise with academic and industry stakeholders
Oversee performance monitoring and continuous improvement
Contribute to strategic planning and vendor management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing technical service delivery for large-scale computing environments, preferably within HPC or advanced IT infrastructure
Strong understanding of cluster operations, scheduling systems, and service performance management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive operational improvements
Preferred
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
Vendor coordination
GPU or cloud-based infrastructure
