Responsibilities

Writing highly effective, compliant small business plans in support of proposal efforts
Conduct outreach efforts with trade associations, business development organizations, conferences and trade fairs to locate suppliers
Network with industry SBLOs, other industry assistance centers, and government agencies
Daily interaction with existing and potential suppliers, generating multiple reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Responsible for input of government reporting information semi-annually
Develop strategic short term and long-term plans for the Small Business Program
Communicate and execute the plan
Compliance to FAR 52.219-9
Working knowledge of Supply Chain disciplines (e.g. procurement) or contract administration
Experience with data gathering and analysis; developing clear and concise communications
Knowledge of the FAR relative to small business regulations
Experience with eSRS, ISRs, SSRs and other small business compliance processes
Organization skills, ability to set priorities and multitask, quickly learn L3Harris business
Ability to travel
Skilled oral, written and presentation capabilities
Proficiency in utilizing MS Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Intermediate to advanced experience with databases, Microsoft Office products particularly Excel are required

Required

Bachelor Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of applicable experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
