They are seeking a Funding Assistant/Escrow Administrator to open new funding orders, review and approve closing documents, and manage files for various title agents in their Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities
Open new funding orders, review and approve closing documents, balance with the title closer and order/approve wires for a timely funding transaction
Manage and allocate files specifically for various title agents, prepare and analyze premium reports, and handle phone communications to support business operations
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Stable, long-term employment history is essential
Prior experience in title & escrow is highly valued
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Softpro a plus
