Power3 Solutions is supporting a cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Assurance (IA) System Architect & Engineer to provide expert support in designing, developing, and integrating secure architectures and system components for government environments.

Responsibilities

Support the Government in the design, development, implementation, and integration of IA architectures, systems, or system components

Ensure information system architectures are secure, functional, and compliant, including program-of-record systems and specialized environments with platform IT interconnectivity

Perform system and network designs supporting multiple enclaves, including those with differing levels of data protection and classification requirements

Apply expertise in IA policies, procedures, standards, and workforce structures to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave architectures

Collaborate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and security leadership to maintain the highest level of system protection and architectural integrity

Required

14+ years IA System Architect/Engineer (IASAE) experience, including recent (last 5 years) work with Defense-in-Depth, access control, authorization, authentication, PKI, and enterprise/network security architecture

2+ years applying security risk assessment methodologies, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security risk analysis

Strong knowledge of Federal, NSA, IC, and DoD information security regulations, publications, and policies

IASAE Level III certification required: ISSEP, ISSAP, or CCSP

Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field (may substitute for 6 years of experience)
