Responsibilities
Manages customer relationships and sales processes for middle market accounts
Responsible for new account conversions while managing an existing account base for sales penetration and customer retention
Submits pricing requests
Extensive partnerships with external/internal customers
Administrative duties
Maintains mail technology expertise
Delivers enterprising customer solutions that drive sales and revenue growth
Collaborates with other business functions
Manages individual sales plan reviewing weekly volume and revenue reports
Cultivates a strong partnership with UPS’s Small Package division to foster cross-selling opportunities and to share knowledge of service offerings
Records daily sales activities in TEAMS
Retains and penetrates revenue in an existing account base
Performs other tasks as requested
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S
