Ascension Recovery Services is opening Renewal Falls, a state-of-the-art residential treatment center focused on patient-centered care. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to build community partnerships, drive admissions growth, and promote their mission of recovery.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand our reach, grow referrals, and foster community engagement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets tied to admissions and revenue
Create promotional campaigns and materials aligned with business development goals
Identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities to stay ahead
Develop partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders
Serve as an advocate and educator, reducing stigma and increasing awareness of our programs
Represent Renewal Falls at conferences, networking events, and community programs
Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging and services
Cultivate and maintain long-term referral relationships through exceptional service and follow-through

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field
Proven success in business development, healthcare marketing, or community relations

Strong alignment with our mission to reduce stigma and expand access to treatment
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time; valid driver's license required

Preferred

behavioral health/addiction treatment experience preferred
