3+ years expAtWork Personnel is a family-owned job shop seeking skilled and experienced CNC machinists for their lathe and vertical milling departments. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for setting up machinery, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality production.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprint designs
Set up machinery for production
Machine parts to blueprint specifications
Verify calculations before machine setup
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform routine maintenance on machinery
Enter relevant codes for CNC toolpath
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist (not just operator)
Proficiency in running lathes and/or vertical milling machines
Familiar with 3 and 4 axis milling as well as FANUC controls
Ability to edit G&M codes
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN CNC programming, setup, and operation experience
Proficient in computer and information systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of metal machinery and mechanics
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret 3D drawings
