Make Ready Technician I (47227)
Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to transform recently vacated apartments into move-in ready homes. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure a high-quality living environment for new residents.

Responsibilities
Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready
Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards
Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed
Resident-Friendly – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on-site
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of general maintenance, handyman, or make-ready experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to notice the little things that make an apartment shine
Reliable & responsible, showing up on time and following through on tasks
Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Valid driver's license for using company vehicles or picking up supplies off-site
Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care
Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure exemplary job completion
Familiarity with a variety of tools and materials needed to maintain residential buildings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
A high school diploma or GED is required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial, residential environment
Experience in general handyman work, light carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
