Responsibilities
Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided)
Format audits and reports according to branded templates
Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status
Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards
Conduct basic keyword research
Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a marketing-focused environment
Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Technically adept, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools
Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of SEO principles and hands-on SEO experience and context execution experience
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity
Proficiency in Canva for creating visual assets
Familiarity with LinkedIn, including posting, engagement, and basic content optimization
Preferred
basic video editing skills
