They are seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain property grounds, ensure consistent upkeep of exterior maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard

Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal

Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations

Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s

Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures

Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members

Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment

Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment

Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor

Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state

Preferred

Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role
