Responsibilities
Source and build targeted databases for lead generation using various tools and platforms
Execute cold outreach campaigns following established processes and best practices
Set up and manage email newsletter campaigns and automated sequences
Clean, organize, and enrich lead databases using AI tools and data processing systems
Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks
Follow detailed processes provided for all lead generation and data management activities
Collaborate on campaign planning and execution with the marketing team
Qualification
Required
Previous marketing experience with a solid understanding of lead generation principles
Proficiency with database management, data cleaning, and organization processes
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign setup
Ability to learn and effectively utilize AI tools for marketing and data processing
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systematic processes accurately
Excellent organizational and time management skills for remote collaboration
Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently while staying connected
Preferred
