Mid LevelBanjo's Bakery Cafes is seeking a disciplined and approachable Assistant Production Manager to join their Riverside team. The role involves leading the Production Team to produce high-quality baked goods and assisting the Production Manager with daily operations of the bakery.

Responsibilities
Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards
Assist the Production Manager to manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering
Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
Qualification
Required
Confidence, with a positive attitude
You take pride in your work
Experience producing quality baked goods
Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
A team player, who loves a challenge
A Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent
Willingness to grow with us
Preferred
Experience managing and supporting a team is desirable
