Branding Manager (Hong Kong Based)
STERRY Limited is a dynamic growth marketing agency specializing in crowdfunding and e-commerce success. They are seeking an experienced Branding Manager with a strong background in the fashion industry to take ownership of the brand's identity and market positioning in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy tailored for the Hong Kong market that aligns with the company's global objectives
Ensure absolute consistency of the brand identity, voice, visual aesthetic, and messaging across all touchpoints (digital, in-store, PR, partnerships)
Conduct continuous market research on fashion trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights in Hong Kong to identify new opportunities and challenges
Manage the annual branding budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact and ROI
Lead the planning and execution of all local marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and collaborations, working closely with the global marketing and product teams
Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including store display materials, digital assets, and localized content
Manage agency relationships (PR, creative, media buying) to ensure high-quality, on-strategy execution of brand initiatives
Define and drive the brand's social media and digital content strategy for relevant local platforms (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, Little Red Book - depending on target market)
Work with the e-commerce team to ensure the online experience reflects premium brand standards and drives conversion
Act as the brand guardian, training and guiding local sales, retail, and operations teams on brand guidelines and positioning
Prepare and present regular performance reports on brand health, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics to senior management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the fashion sector
Must be legally eligible to work in and based in Hong Kong, with a solid understanding of the local consumer base and media landscape
Proven track record in developing and executing successful, integrated 360-degree brand campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis and translating market/consumer insights into actionable strategies
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
