New Grad, Entry LevelThe Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a Saturday Evening Receptionist to assist parishioners and visitors during the 5:00PM services. The role involves answering phone calls, addressing concerns, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist all parishioner/visitors attending the 5:00PM services
Answering phone calls
Assisting with questions/concerns from parishioners
Supplying tithing envelopes
Any other administrative duties that arise
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience working in an administrative role providing assistance & direction to visitors/parishioners
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Valid vehicle insurance
Must be available to work on Saturday during the 5:00PM services
Must have excellent verbal & written skills
Organizational skills
Have a pleasant demeanor when dealing with visitors to the pastoral offices
