Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects in all phases of the design process, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration

Create project proposals, manage design budgets throughout the life of a project, and organize project staffing

Coordinate and review consultant drawings for adherence to design vision and constructability

Select and present furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and decorative lighting

Perform field verification of existing spaces and documentation as needed

Support business development activities as necessary

Mentor design team members and foster a culture of growth and design thinking

Meet with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators

Support all market sectors in design and documentation of various project types
