Junior, Assistant, or Associate Specialist- The Neurodevelopmental Assessment and Imaging Lab

Qualification
Required
Specialists appointed at the Junior rank must possess a baccalaureate degree (or equivalent degree) in a related science (biomedical imaging, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, etc.) or at least four years of research experience
Specialists appointed at the Assistant rank must possess a master's degree (or equivalent degree) or a baccalaureate degree (or equivalent degree) with three or more years of research experience
Specialists appointed at the Associate rank must possess a master's degree (or equivalent degree) or five to ten years of research experience
Prior experience with electrophysiological and/or brain imaging data collection and/or processing
Experience and/or training in programming (e.g., Matlab, Python, etc.)
Statistical expertise relevant to the duties
Sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with subjects, team members, other departments and outside institutions; and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working with a diverse subject population
Ability to work well independently, complete projects in a timely manner, and prioritize multiple projects to ensure the completion of essential tasks by deadlines
Ability to work well with children and demonstrate patience, respect, and compassion to study participants and their families
Applicants must meet all the qualifications by the time of hire
Applicant materials must list current and/or pending qualifications upon submission
Preferred
BCBA certification or extensive training and experience with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or communication impairment
Proficiency in Matlab, Python, statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R)
Experience with scientific publication and grant writing
