New Grad, Entry LevelFairWind Inc. is a global provider of wind turbine installation and service solutions. We are seeking Wind Turbine Support Technicians to standardize the inventory management process on-site, responsible for tracking, documenting, and managing inventory of parts and materials.

Responsibilities
Perform inventory management of all Parts Shipped Loose (PSL), RFR parts from the factory, and Materials Shipped Direct (MSD)
Maintain accurate records using Excel/Smartsheet tracking on company-provided laptops
Report directly to the Receiving Lead and Site Manager regarding inventory updates and tracking
Provide administrative support as needed, under the guidance of site leadership
Assist with receiving and installation operations, with the potential for future OJT in these areas
Identify and develop potential candidates for Commissioning Training at the ELC
Qualification
Required
Level 0 Technician with full Global Wind Organization (GWO) training
Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with site leadership
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, stooping, reaching, or standing for extended periods
Must be able to safely operate equipment and follow proper lifting techniques
Preferred
Experience with inventory management or related logistics work
Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet
