Responsibilities

Serve as "project manager" / "on-site lead" working directly with United States Space Force (USSF) customers to deliver Anduril's mesh networking capabilities across multiple locations
Lead a small team of engineers through site standups from initial integration through operational acceptance while interfacing with strategic end-users throughout the process
Responsible for monitoring system connectivity, function, and integration with distributed sensor or C2 sites and partner organizations
Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback, issues, and errors found during fielding, testing, exercises, and normal use within unit schedules
Provide input to account and engineering teams on features that enhance or greatly improve efficiency of user workflows
Support engagement with other components, commands, and organizations for increased laydown and installation of our tactical mesh networking capabilities across USSF (and partner) locations
Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, which could include issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for exercises and events

Required

Willingness to travel 50% - 75%
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred

Familiarity and experience working with materiel leadership or mission partners within SSC, SpRCO, SDA, MDA, etc and working knowledge of the Space Domain competitive landscape
Experience working in small, cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, surrounded by ambiguity
Experience working in high-stress environments
Self-starter who takes initiative with little direction
Ability to communicate efficiently and succinctly both internally across our entire team and externally to multiple stakeholders
