Responsibilities

Provide domain expertise on public cloud and enterprise technology
Work with customers to design Cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations that enable mission objectives
Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for customers
Create and deliver best practices, recommendations, tutorials, blog articles and sample code
Manage stakeholders within customer environments to deliver consensus and lead positive customer outcomes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Required

Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions
Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery
Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management

Preferred

Experience in delivering solutions that meet public sector security and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, or Risk Management Framework
Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion
Experience with data center operations and infrastructure migration with VMware or similar systems
Experience in managing external partners/customers
Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
