Responsibilities

Deliver service and customer support through phone assistance and factory-based support

Accurately assess the time required to complete assigned tasks

Interact directly with customers to maintain strong relationships and cultivate new opportunities

Diagnose technical issues and determine effective corrective actions

Align daily workflow with production and service schedules

Generate thorough and timely service reports

Document procedures, findings, and work performed

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Collaborate with the technical team and share information across departments

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or briefings

Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships

Assist with packaging and shipping small-parcel items

Prepare new equipment, machinery, and power tools for deployment
