Responsibilities

Supporting program operations, including maintaining records of program participation and collecting event metrics
Conducting program reporting using web-based platforms
Collecting data through questionnaires and interviews
Supporting the learning experience of COP observers such as Atlantic Fellows at the Global Brain Health Institute and UCSF medical students by supporting routine communications
Supporting event logistics such as transporting materials and/or event set-up and break-down
Supporting routine day-to-day operations as needed

Required

High school graduation and two years of related administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns
Knowledge of programming languages (Python)
Experience with surveys and presentations including related software (e.g., Qualtrics, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
The ability to conduct oneself in a highly professional manner
Proven ability to work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams and establish cooperative working relationships with patients, co-workers, & physicians
Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience/training
