They are currently seeking Clerical/Administrative Support staff to join their team, where responsibilities will include processing legal documents, coordinating deliveries, and managing case data.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Accurately identify and correctly process the receipt of legal document into the Firm’s case management system
Process, scan and copy documents as needed
Generate and prepare legal documents and suit packages for shipping
Review legal documents provided by clients to determine if the document is needed
Ensure all necessary documents have been obtained
Redact files as needed
Coordinate the delivery of legal documents by our third-party vendor and confirm with the vendor that delivery has been completed
Process daily data imports from external vendors
Enter status updates into the Firm’s case management software

Required

Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume fast paced environment
Minimum of two years' general office experience, high volume data entry or document processing preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer
Proficient with internet research
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it

Preferred

Familiarity with legal terminology, legal office experience, or legal education preferred but not required
