Account Executive - New Business Producer

The Jonus Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive – New Business Producer to join their growing sales team. This role focuses on generating new business and building strong relationships with professional services firms, including lawyers and accountants.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to solicit prospects and generate new business
Manage a large pipeline of prospects and adhere to a structured sales process
Handle policy, system, and payment inquiries throughout the sales process
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and leads generated via social media, email, and bar association events
Assist in marketing and branding efforts for the program and company
Perform light underwriting tasks tied to new business sales
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at professional services firms, including firm owners, partners, and practice managers

Required

Proven hunter mentality with comfort in high outbound call volumes
Experience managing a large prospect pool and following a defined sales process
Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal policy/CRM systems
Ability to perform light underwriting within the sales process
Must reside in Lisle, Illinois, or within a 35–45 minute commute

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience and outbound sales
Familiarity with professional services firms (lawyers and accountants)
