Responsibilities
Engage guest by proactively greeting them and offering a choice of seating. Assist guests that are requesting chair service with a chase lounge cover and pool towel
Inform guests of pool policies, specific pool features, and location of restrooms
Provide guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, and more
Ascertain guest name and room number
Ensure every interaction is a Forbes 5 Star experience
Continuously refill glassware with ice water throughout the day
Clear finished acrylic glassware from tables and buss back to the correct kitchen throughout the day
Clear soiled towels from the entire pool area
Replenish chase lounge covers and towels at laundry
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques
