Director, Sales Training

They are seeking a Director for Sales Training to lead the development and execution of a global training strategy for their Solutions and Services group, ensuring that sales and services teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a worldwide training strategy for Solutions and Services, aligned with business objectives
Lead and manage a global team of training leads, content creators, and support staff
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure training programs meet organizational needs
Identify innovative methods to deliver training and engage the sales community, including virtual, in-person, and blended learning approaches
Embed AI tools and automation across all training processes to enhance efficiency and personalization
Monitor and measure training effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to continuously improve programs
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in training, enablement, or learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Preferred
Proven experience managing global teams and large-scale training programs
Strong understanding of sales processes and solutions/services offerings
Expertise in leveraging technology and AI for learning solutions
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
