Responsibilities
Secure competitive financing options for customers by working with a network of lenders and banks
Submit applications, review approvals, and finalize terms with lending partners
Maintain strong relationships with lenders to negotiate rates, programs, and approvals
Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, protection packages, warranties, etc.) in a professional and transparent manner
Meet or exceed product penetration goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Prepare and review all deal paperwork for accuracy before submission to accounting
Verify funding packages are complete and submitted in a timely manner to avoid chargebacks or delays
Track funding, contracts-in-transit, and daily performance metrics
Assist with maintaining lender programs, rate sheets, and product updates
Support the sales team by helping desk deals when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of lending, credit applications, and deal structure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals at once
Must maintain a high level of ethics, professionalism, and compliance
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Previous automotive F&I experience preferred, but strong finance, sales, or management background may be considered
