Responsibilities
ServiceNow Case Management
Respond to all ServiceNow (SN) cases and escalate as needed
Payroll Processing
Evaluate incoming AD HOC requests and move them to payroll processing
Prepare EIBs based on AD HOCs provided by EOD for payroll processing
New Hire Payroll Setup
Confirm address, tax setup, and banking details
Follow up with employees as needed
Benefits Coordination
Liaise with Benefits partners to obtain retro benefit support
Leave of Absence
Manage To-Do items for LOA or RLOA
Urgent Payroll Change Notices
Escalate urgent PCNs (Releases, Terminations, Off-Cycle bonuses, etc.)
Reconciliations
Perform payroll account reconciliations (ARCs)
Investigate cash rec discrepancies and provide tax breakouts
Complete daily PR to OSV cash/tax collection reconciliation
Banking Follow-Up
Follow up with NOC/ACH Return employees to update banking information
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
FPC, CPP or 4-7yrs of equivalent experience
Experience in payroll operations and case management
Familiarity with Workday, EIB processing, and ServiceNow
Strong organizational and communication skills
