Responsibilities
Be the primary support contact at the agency for our electronic health record
Play a crucial supportive role in data collection, auditing, reporting, analysis, and systems management
Collaborate closely with the Data Systems Coordinator and division leaders to ensure accurate and meaningful data is available to drive decision-making and improve our services
Conduct routine analyses on process and outcome data – evaluating the impact of our work on the people we serve
Support agency data initiatives
Qualification
Required
Excellent abilities in utilizing a variety of computer systems
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Detail-oriented and well-organized analytical thinker
Strong task and time management skills
Strong understanding of data systems
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience conducting data composition and analysis
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to maintain a sense of patience when juggling multiple priorities
Enjoy coaching others to be curious about data
Ability to work as part of a strong team and independently when needed
Preferred
Experience with electronic health record systems
Experience with business intelligence tools
Previous experience in human services
Bachelor's degree
