Post Retail Processor (S. Western & Reno)

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Post Retail Processor to support the Donated Goods Post Retail operations. The role involves processing, sorting, and transferring donations efficiently and safely for salvage and post retail sales.

Responsibilities

Punctual and dependable attendance
Process items that are salable, clean and safe
Sort salvage donations by category for preparation of final sale
Safely operate and transfer donations between material handling equipment utilizing hydraulically operated bailing and tipper equipment
Meet minimum daily production goals
Demonstrates adherence to all policies, procedures and safety practices
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping floors, disposing of debris, and ensure work areas are free of hazards
Provide good customer service to outlet store personnel, customers, and donors
Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety and security policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report on any unsafe work conditions, accidents or injuries immediately
Perform other duties and projects as required by management

Frequent walking and long extended periods of time on foot
The ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds, or more with assistance

Preferred

High school diploma or GED, preferred
Equipment operation experience preferred, i.e., pallet jacks, baler, tipper, forklift, etc
