Responsibilities
Apply your in-depth experience in functional applications testing to ensure the reliability and quality of internally developed applications
Plan and lead major technology assignments, overseeing the evaluation of performance results and recommending substantial changes that impact short-term project growth and success
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing technical and management leadership on major tasks associated with applications testing
Establish goals and plans that align with project objectives, utilizing your domain expertise and technical knowledge to drive successful outcomes
Direct and control activities for a client, employing negotiation skills and interfacing with senior management to ensure that technical requirements are met
Utilize your domain knowledge to make critical decisions that have a substantial impact on overall project implementation
May supervise others, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional development

PASS NACI BACKGROUND CHECK
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a senior-level quality assurance testing role with a focus on internally developed applications
Expertise in functional applications testing, project leadership, and a strong understanding of the domain
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management
