Responsibilities

Install, program, and maintain building automation systems, including HVAC, fire, and alarm systems automation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building automation controls
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance of automation systems
Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements
Provide technical facilitation and training to customers and field service engineers
Travel 80% in the Western United States, Assignments will vary in length from three weeks to six months

Qualification

Building Automation SystemsNiagara Tridium experienceHVAC systemsSQL ProgrammingOpen protocols knowledgePreventive maintenanceTroubleshooting skillsGeneral computer network knowledge

Required

5+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a diverse family of products in the building automation, fire, security and energy systems. In lieu of experience, a 4-year degree in computer science / networking maybe acceptable
Building Automation Systems or similar programming skills
Ability to meet the background check requirements for federal projects and restricted facilities
Valid Driver's license

Preferred

Niagara Tridium experience and/or certification
General computer network knowledge
Experience working with open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LON, etc.)
Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience
Experience with SQL Programming, Tridium, Niagara, N4, EBI, or other Commercial Industrial Systems
