Responsibilities
Lead loyalty program strategy and execution, aligning initiatives with Regal’s growth roadmap
Manage studio and third-party partnerships to deliver impactful promotions and activations
Oversee campaign development across email, app, web, social, and in-theatre channels
Direct a team of specialists, ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI
Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, leverage A/B testing, and optimize campaigns
Translate customer insights into data-driven initiatives that increase engagement and retention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
5+ years in loyalty marketing, CRM, partnership marketing, or related field
Proven track record managing large-scale consumer loyalty or promotional programs
Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and cross-functional teams
Advanced project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with CRM, loyalty, or campaign platforms
