Responsibilities
Identify potential risks and contribute to solution development
Create efficient and effective systems for clients
Work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience with Software Engineering or DevOps
Experience writing scripts using Bash and Python
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and automation tools, including Puppet, SaltStack, and Ansible
Experience with troubleshooting large UNIX Clusters and UNIX command line
Experience using system monitoring tools, including Prometheus and Grafana
Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker
Experience with container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes
Knowledge of compute, network, memory, and storage system components
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience developing test plans
Experience researching, evaluating, and deploying technologies in a Kubernetes environment
Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA or Confluence
Experience using Git for version control
Experience using GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and applications
