Customer Service / Relations Representative

Extremity Medical is an orthopedic implant and instrument company focused on fusion and motion preservation in the foot and ankle, and hand and wrist. They are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to manage daily communications with customers, sales personnel, and distributors, while also placing and receiving orders, tracking sales, and providing reports to management.

Responsibilities

Daily communication with customers, sales personnel, distributor businesses, and any incoming requests for information on the products and the Company
Place and receive orders
Track sales and provide sales reports to the company management
Track inventory
Facilitate movements of surgical instruments to support surgery
Produce and provide billing and invoicing to hospitals and customer accounts
Correspond with distributor personnel on sales results
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers regarding past due invoices
Work closely with the sales management team to determine the level of support and responsiveness of sales personnel

Required

High School diploma; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years customer or account experience
Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Demonstrated computer skills is a must (e.g. QuickBooks systems, NetSuite or similar accounting package, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.)
Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated organizational, customer service and follow-up skills
Demonstrated phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing
Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support business needs
Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment

Preferred

Prefer demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base
