Responsibilities

Create and update line sheets for the Design team and buyers
Prepare CAD sketches and technical flats in Adobe Illustrator
Maintain and update the digital color library
Assist with Pantone chip selection and physical color card creation
Organize seasonal samples and fabric headers
Support designers with trend research and innovation tracking
Print artwork for factories and assemble fabric cards
Assist with meeting preparation and presentation materials
Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure design calendars are met

Adobe IllustratorAdobe Creative SuiteTechnical flatsApparel production knowledgeMultitaskingOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeam-oriented attitude

Required

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; Photoshop a plus)
Strong knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms; Microsoft Office proficiency
Demonstrated skill in creating technical flats in Illustrator
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take direction
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S

Preferred

Familiarity with apparel production/manufacturing processes preferred
