Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Planning, Manufacturing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
Translate business requirements into a functional design document
Architect and help lead/configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
Guide the functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle SCM
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting
Deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience leading discovery workshops and analyzing business requirements
Experience designing robust and scalable solutions leveraging Oracle SCM Cloud
Strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Experience translating business requirements into functional design documents
Ability to architect and configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application
Experience guiding functional and technical SCM teams in development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
Experience leading system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
