Invasystems Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP TPM and SAP CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with US/EU clients in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions with a strong focus on TPM processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM and TPM solutions for global clients
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design
Document functional designs, process flows, and configuration details
Perform system testing, UAT support, and training for end users
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and onshore/offshore consultants
Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity. Work on resolving data synchronization issues between ECC and CRM
Configure SAP CRM modules (including TPM, Trade Funds Management, Claims, Marketing, and Sales) to meet client business requirements
Work closely with SAP ECC or S/4HANA teams for integration related to FI, SD, and CO
Stay updated with SAP best practices and new functionalities related to CRM/TPM

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
8+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 5 years in SAP CRM and TPM
Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Planning (TPP), Funds Management, Claims & Settlement, and CRM Marketing & Sales functionalities
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration (especially FI, SD, CO modules)
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP TPM implementations or rollouts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead functional workshops for rollouts

SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM, TPM
