Responsibilities

Implement regional category strategies within the global framework
Provide strategic direction for local procurement teams on category management and supplier management
Analyze market trends to identify new sources and manage risks
Lead major sourcing events and negotiations, ensuring a robust vendor mix
Manage supplier performance and integrate sustainability into packaging strategies
Negotiate competitive pricing and establish best practices for contracts
Collaborate with Packaging Engineers and other departments to improve the portfolio
Analyze market conditions for pricing and availability trends
Manage key supplier relationships and lead performance processes
Lead packaging governance meetings and enhance communication channels
Contribute to sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
Prepare initiative plans aligned with business budgets
Develop cost reduction projects and provide market forecasts

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or economics
Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on packaging sourcing valued
International experience and fluency in English
