Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Sr - Level 3

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain test benches and simulation environments for hardware‑software integration
Develop and execute test procedures, capture data, and analyze results to validate system performance
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to troubleshoot integration issues and drive corrective actions
Document test configurations, results, and lessons learned in compliance with program standards
Support continuous improvement of test processes and tooling to enhance efficiency and reliability
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Experience with MPSE installation and MDL generation
F35 Program clearances desired
Security+ certification
Configuration Management
Familiar with Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL/MVDL)
Familiar with Mission Systems Architectures
Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s)
Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test
Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-35 engineering teams (e.g., MS, VS, WPNs, Labs)
Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system
Experience with Linux Operating Systems
Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems
