Senior Systems Engineer - Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities
Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractors
Ensure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives
Develop the verification details for the requirements to ensure that the system is able to meet the requirements and support the execution of these verification activities
Support the successful execution of program Interim Design Reviews
Development of systems engineering documentation such as feature description documents, trade studies, Interface Control Documents
Qualification
Required
Top Secret Clearance Required
Developing system level artifacts
Engaging with customers, mission partners, and other stakeholders
Performing in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment
Ensuring consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives
Developing the verification details for the requirements
Supporting the successful execution of program Interim Design Reviews
Development of systems engineering documentation such as feature description documents, trade studies, Interface Control Documents
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Preferred
Domain Experience and Understanding of one of the following Command and Control (C2), Mission Management, Planning and Scheduling, Orbital Mechanics, SSA (Space Situational Awareness)
Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and proficiency with SysML and Cameo
Experience with modern engineering practices such as Cross-Functional Agile teams and Capability-based planning
Experience with Systems Engineering tools such as JIRA, and Confluence
Ability to interact with software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
