Responsibilities

Executive Chart editing/preparation and meeting support

Handling Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules

Maintaining program access control for Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) systems/tools

Performing documentation reviews to ensure compliance with applicable marking requirements

Performing Data Transfer Agent duties and assisting with the set up and execution of classified and unclassified meetings while complying with following security procedures and protocols

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems

Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors, and ability to build solid relationships with team members

Demonstrated experience showing initiative, commitment to individual responsibilities and meeting organizational objectives and schedules

Attention to detail to ensure required data attributes are accurate and complete, and that workflow processes are thoroughly executed

Solid verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a multi-functional team environment; positive can-do attitude

Ability to intermittently flex work hours to support Program schedules
