They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electromechanical Designer to join their team, specializing in data center cooling solutions and HVAC manufacturing, responsible for designing and developing electromechanical systems that integrate electrical and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

Create detailed electromechanical designs for HVAC and data cooling systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical layouts

Develop 3D models and assemblies using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

Ensure seamless integration of electrical components (motors, sensors, controllers) with mechanical systems (fans, compressors, heat exchangers)

Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to optimize performance and reliability

Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and design specifications in compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, UL, CE)

Maintain design records and revision control

Support prototype development and testing to validate design performance

Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during manufacturing and assembly

Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to ensure designs meet cost, schedule, and quality targets
