Responsibilities

Administer contracts from capture through award, performance, and closeout, ensuring all terms are met

Lead negotiations and provide business advice across functions such as program management, finance, legal, and engineering

Serve as the authorized company representative to customer buying teams, building effective relationships and safeguarding company interests

Coordinate audit support and verify contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

Assess risk on proposals and contract changes, offering alternative language and mitigation strategies while preparing reports for senior leadership

Preferred

Prior Contracts Negotiation experience

Prior Contracts experience working with MDA (Missile Defense Agency) or prior work experience working IAMD programs

Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) experience

Familiarity with the IWTA system and related policies and procedures

Proven experience negotiating and administering a variety of fixed price type (FFP, FPIF) and cost type (CPFF, CPIF) contracts

Ability to engage in routine and unique problems/ issues to help develop solutions for multi-million-dollar complex contracts
