Responsibilities

Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) modules including OTV, OTVR, OTAM, and OTSM to support client OT cybersecurity programs
Translate complex technical and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow OTM reference architectures aligned with client goals
Apply deep understanding of OT asset and vulnerability management practices to design and optimize ServiceNow workflows and data models
Integrate ServiceNow OTM with external systems and applications to enrich datasets and streamline cybersecurity operations
Collaborate with governance and OT teams to ensure alignment with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
Support client engagements through technical delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualification

Required

Minimum three years of recent experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow OTM modules and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and OT asset management practices
Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with external tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and CMDBs
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow architecture and workflows
Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST CSF
Ability to travel as required
